Pacheco Park was developed by Eric Faust, Kurt Faust and Keith Gorges of "Tierra Concepts".

The gentlemen hired SBA for development concepts, site planning, and building massing, with Schematic Design concepts to establish project pro-formas, and to show potential tenants.

The attached images show SBA's Schematic Designs, and Tierra Concepts final development.

Tierra Concepts then carried the project through Design Development, Construction Documents,  and Development on site.

Pacheco Park is a very successful project of mixed use activating the Pacheco neighborhood.
