This Santa Fe neighborhood planning,
was developed with SBA and Wayne and Susan Nichols.
The concept was to design site plans for a solar village, that would be pedestrian friendly.
We would prepare studies of the site, neighborhood, potential stylistic range of architecture, and massing models for the lots.
Then we did bring in a group of contemporary Santa Fe architects,
so each lot would be designed by a different architect,
but all within an architecturally compatible vocabulary.
